Rutile Titanium Dioxide Pigments

Rutile titanium dioxide is widely used where high opacity, hiding power, durability and optical performance are required. TINOX rutile grades include chloride and sulfate process options for coatings, plastics, inks and masterbatch systems.

Chloride rutile options

TINOX CR-1120 and CR-1220 are chloride rutile grades positioned for strong optical performance, gloss, whiteness and premium applications in coatings and plastics.

Sulfate rutile options

TINOX R-2140, R-2160, R-2180, R-2240, R-2280 and R-2290 cover coatings, plastics, masterbatch and weatherability-focused applications with different undertone and processing profiles.
