World Premiere at K 2025: TINOX® TiO₂ Masterbatch Solutions
K Fair 2025 marked a major milestone for Tinox Chemie — the global launch of our next-generation TINOX® TiO₂ masterbatch series. These innovative pre-dispersed masterbatch products integrate our proprietary TINOX® titanium dioxide pigment technology directly into carrier resin matrices, delivering exceptional whiteness, opacity and processing efficiency to plastics manufacturers without the handling and dispersion challenges of dry TiO₂ powder.
TINOX® Masterbatch Series — Launched at K 2025:
- TINOX® PE Masterbatch — 70% TiO₂ content (Rutile or Anatase grade) in polyethylene carrier. Designed for blown film, cast film, injection moulding and rotomoulding applications. Ideal for agricultural films, packaging films, pipes and household goods.
- TINOX® EVA Masterbatch — 70% TiO₂ content (Rutile or Anatase grade) in EVA carrier. Superior compatibility with flexible packaging, hot melt adhesive systems, foam applications and solar encapsulant films. Excellent dispersion at high filler loadings.
- TINOX® PET Masterbatch — 60% TiO₂ content (Rutile or Anatase grade) in PET carrier. Precision-engineered for polyester fiber delustering, PET bottle preforms, packaging strapping and technical textile applications. Spinneret-friendly particle size for high-speed fiber lines.
